Just received an invitation to tender. Small kitchen extension, new underfloor and move extend soil and vent.

I now the customer well, shes employed an 'architect'.

Umpteen attachments including the plumbing spec. Think hes just trying to justify his large fees.

Going to reply, copy in customer, asking is he really sure he wants 32mm traps on the kitchen sinks

Another one bites the dust not 100% happy with this one might recommend removing the bottom sections and coming out of the ground as the top bit is heading to the left

but it was pussing it down so cba atm got to go back to remove the old one and brick up
