Frustrating problem with stuck End feed Tee

Hi guys

Bit of frustrating situation, I was preparing to solder a 15mm Tee by lining it up to get the positioning right, etc and it was quite tight feeding into one of the pipes. When I came to dismantle to apply flux, etc, this side has become completely stuck! I can't seem to remove it. There's a joint previously soldered a bit further down and I'm worried about yanking it about too much.

It's really annoying when these end feed joints are tight. Any tips or tricks to get this off? Is it ok to try a lubricant like WD40 without affecting the soldering?

Adjustable spanner below it. Close jaws to just bigger than the pipe and tap the t upwards whilst holding pipe below.

Hi, thanks but I'm not quite sure I got enough hands for that, this is in the ceiling void (strange camera angle). The joint behind is about 6 1/2" away, if worse comes to worse how far back can I cut and solder a coupler if I put a wet rag round the old joint?

Heat up the fitting a smidge and wiggle prob find there’s a burr on the fitting

Thanks, yeah I kind of tried that but couldn't support the pipe with my hand as it was too hot. its a bit awkward, need 3 hands really.

If I cut it out I'll have to cut back a little to incorporate a coupler and a new tee, I'll probably be about 4" from the older joint.
