Just priced a replacement reguler boiler that passes through a conservatory lean to roof. Conservatory extends kitchen between two terraced L shape houses.
British gas quoted and said it had to be moved to position inside original kitchen?
The conservatory bridges between two terraced houses and is part of the permanent structure that makes the kitchen.
Current 30yr old Boiler hangs on stone wall 1 meter below double skin plastic perspex roof, no fluing issues, plenty of clearance from openings.
I cant see anything wrong with direct replacement, am I wrong?
