Hi
Could anyone help or advise me please? I have a Black 5'' Convesa Twin Wall Flue from my dining room to outside wall, the flue needs another 1000 mm pipe fitting as the cowl is to close to the ridge on my dormer window, the flue was fitted in June 2016, the current Convessa flue is KC which I am told will not fit my existing flue, does anyone know where I can buy a 1000 mm pipe & a black roof bracing kit, I don't want to buy a 1000 mm to find it does not fit, I cannot find out how to contact Convessa direct to ask if they can help?
Thanks in advance as I cannot use the log burner in the dining room as the smoke/fumes when windy blow back down?

Thanks you

Sally
