I need help finding toilet seat (URGENT)

The seat is a non standard shape, by the time you Sod around trying to find a good or ill fitting match or bodge some fittings you might as well cough up. You can get seats with adjustable hinges that should the fit the pan but the seat wont be a great match or go down to a merch as suggested...

I need help finding toilet seat (URGENT)

Not really fb, look closer. The manufacturers name is embosed on the underside of the seat lid, otherwise no chance I would've bothered.

I need help finding toilet seat (URGENT)

We need more credit than that fowlerboi ;), pretty sure that is a match with the tapered front end which is not something you're going to easily find down the local merch. Give them a call OP...

    Does this make sense

He didn't power flush your system he just tried to get away with chemically flushing it instead because it takes less time. Important you don't confuse the two if and when you take this further. Sounds like a chancer who's in breach of contract...you have the quote, evidence and email trail so...

    Ducting for kitchen extractor fan

42cm circumference = 13.37cm diameter or 133.70mm so a 125.00 mm diameter replacment will be in spec. However as above, what's the flue termination height and will the motor be able to overcome that as it's more usual to terminate flue horizontally and out of the nearest wall. Again consult...

    Ducting for kitchen extractor fan

No matter the size of kitchen, the extractor hood manufactuer will dictate the size of ducting.

    Toilet keeps blocking

The lower part of the pan gasket is compromised, you might get away with giving it a good clean (gloves on) and rotating or refitting it so the top half of the gasket is now sitting on the lower half of the pan. Make sure all the fins of the gasket are in good order and standing proud and use...

    Any ideas?

If your plumber thinks that get another plumber. Problem with drawing HW from the top outlet is depleting the cylinder and then potentially damaging the pump by drawing air so you he'll need to fit a flange...

Mess left by Ideal Heating Gas Engineer

I'm sure the plumber is just as annoyed at having to replace the pot of sealant when he thinks he has some, it was clearly an accident and a minor one at that. Borrow a jet wash.

    Thoughts

If the window smashed there'd be plenty of ventilation. :) I take your point, glass isn't ideal but it isn't hazardous either and lets face it if the window broke you'd be extremely daft to keep using the boiler. Having said that I think I would've used a plume kit.

Is it 200mm below the overhang?
